Then when you tap BACKUP, BackupPro copies the selected programs and database from volatile RAM memory to non-volatile Flash memory. When you tap RESTORE , such as after a hard reset or whenever you need to restore your programs and data, BackupPro will copy your backed-up (in Flash memory) programs and data back to RAM memory. Developers and Value Added Resellers - VARs and Palm OS software developers can use BackupPro to protect their software products on the devices they load and deploy. They use BackupPro to provide their customers a one-TAP restore of their critical program and databases in case they experience a hard reset.
