Varlink was honoured to host Mr Martin Wong, President of Compal, and Mr David Mao, Board Director, at its York headquarters this week. The high-profile visit marks a significant milestone in Varlink’s ongoing evolution and its deepening relationship with one of the world’s leading technology manufacturers.

Since Varlink was acquired by Poindus Systems Corporation in 2024 and Poindus became part of the Compal Group in 2022, the connection between the three companies has grown stronger, enhancing Varlink’s access to cutting-edge innovation in the Auto-ID and EPoS sectors.

During their visit, Mr Wong and Mr Mao met with Varlink’s senior leadership team to discuss strategic goals, exchange insights and explore future opportunities for collaboration. The visit also offered an opportunity to showcase how Varlink is bringing Compal’s and Poindus’ advanced technologies to the UK market, with a focus on channel growth and product innovation.
