Varipos S156 Special Pricing – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Availability
This special pricing promotion applies exclusively to the Varipos S156 model currently held in stock by Varlink.
2. Limited Stock Offer
The promotion is strictly limited to the existing stock quantity of 74 units.
Once all promotional stock has been sold, the offer will end automatically and no further units will be available at the promotional price.
3. First Come, First Served
Orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis, subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation.
4. Pricing Validity
Promotional pricing is valid only during the promotional period and only while stocks last.
Varlink reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Non-Transferable Offer
The promotional pricing cannot be combined with any other discount, rebate, reseller agreement, or special pricing arrangement unless agreed in writing by Varlink.
6. Order Confirmation
An order shall only be considered accepted once confirmed in writing by Varlink.
Submission of a purchase order does not guarantee stock allocation.
7. No Backorders
Once promotional stock has been exhausted, no backorders or rain checks will be offered at the promotional price.
8. Product Availability

Standard Varlink return policies and manufacturer warranty terms apply unless otherwise stated.
